17/12/2002 - THE FIRST COMPLAINT
On 17/12/2001 we sued:
- the Carabinieri Sixth Godano,
- then mayor of the town of George the Sixth Godano Traversone,
- the social worker Silvia Miano
(all for failure and refusal of the official acts, abuse of office, aiding criminals- occupants of the building, failure of the lawsuit, racial discrimination and more apparent),
- the officer of the Registry Ms Angela Rossi (for refusal to issue certificates Population)
- unknown criminals occupants of our house (crime of violation of the home, theft of goods with use of violence, in 2005 we knew the names of two of them and that the mayor knew who I am and in 2002 had fraudulently concealed their names from the judicial and administrative authorities and our family),
- and other responsible persons in other locations (during the investigation against squatters we discovered that the property owner had changed, over a failure of the former owner of the property some time ago - in 1993, the bankruptcy trustee, the court and falimentare
new owner - the State Property Office - had failed to take over the contract with my former husband and the former owner of the property, plus, they had failed to take the property in the possession and administration, has not been made the revision of the estate of the bankrupt's assets, the robbery of the assets of my family is compounded by the theft of property and the damage results from the failure of State property by the occupying violent criminals), of which tell apart, as it is another story-raving insane.
In 2005 we learned that the prosecutor of La Spezia has not been opened proceedings on the basis of this lawsuit or that the proceedings had disappeared! (In 2002-2003, the Avoca Pantano Margaret told us that everything goes well, eventually we no longer wanted to wait and we went in the prosecution of a person, learning the incredible news).
The lawsuit was shelved! Criminals have been given the green light to commit a crime!
When we discovered the omission to open the proceedings on the basis of the lawsuit filed, we have suffered a specific instance of the Attorney General Attorney of La Spezia with the request and deal with the complaint of the case. Ask the attorney if you did it! At the time of writing still has not reached any kind of response. Obviously, we have a copy of the lawsuit filed in 2001, stamped by the police.
pointed out, for the sake of accuracy, we had one meeting with the caseworker Miano, about the date of 15/10/2001, which lasted 3-5 minutes, enough time to throw us out office, because she did not want to work. More precise, the social worker had not been studying family provided by law, no one has ever made an inspection in our home and in fact knew nothing about us. We have been denied access to all services managed by the state social services, including access to kindergarten for the youngest daughter.
My ex-husband tried to get an appointment with the woman, but the same was refused. He wonders, of course, for what this woman salary if he refuses to receive citizens??
