To achieve this objective, the Decree provides for the rationalization and adaptation of the system of incentives to produce and use the 'renewable energy to produce electricity and heat, the identification of measures aimed at increasing energy efficiency in various sectors of energy use, the necessary simplification of permitting procedures, development of network infrastructure needed for the full exploitation of renewable sources. The measure also sets out arrangements for the dissemination of information, monitoring of progress against objectives. Among the most important aspects of the decree is reforming the law of the support systems, namely the incentive systems. This reform includes measures aimed at simplifying and stability in the system time. Resulting in the reduction of burden on consumers and harmonization with other tools similar purposes.
